Nocturnal emission or leakage of semen during sleep is simply called nightfall. Nightfall is not a disease. It is a physiological phenomenon. When seminal vesicles are full of semen and frequency of masturbation or sex is low, excess semen comes out on its own or due to some dream during sleep. As your frequency of sex or masturbation will increase nightfall will decrease on its own.
Feeling of sleep, weakness or less power is a normal feature after ejaculation. However, it shouldn't affect your stamina and endurance in long run. It would also not cause any physical damage to your body.
