My b.p.is 194/104. Am on 10 mg daily bp med. very unusual to get this high reading on my home monitor - similar reading 3 times this afternoon. Age is 70. Went to gym today after being on vac for 2 weeks. Travelled home on overnight flight from Hawaii/Calgary, arriving early morning yesterday, dog tired. Will continue to monitor bp or should I react now and go to clinic tonight? Last reading I took mid November was 116/78.
