Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I get this pain on both sides of my spine about four inches down my back, my arms and legs feel very fatigued almost like they don t wanna work at all. Every pore in my body opens up, I feel super hot and I get so dizzy that my eyesight completely blacks out and all i can see is black with a bunch of white dots. Kinda like a fuzzy tv. This lasts for a few minutes. This has been happening alot lately.
As per my clinical experience, the lower back pain with fatigue and dizziness can be due to multiple factors responsible for the assembly of presentation as: - Low hemoglobin - Vitamins, minerals deficiency - Pathology of vertebral column as tuberculosis or bone secondaries - Central nervous lesion compressing optic nerve responsible for vision - others Kindly get a basic check up with your family doc for primary systematic review of all body systems and later on he or she will guide you for the relevant necessary tests of laboratory and imaging to put up a precise diagnosis and best management plan for your case.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
