What Causes Spinning, Headache And Dizziness After Delivering Baby?

Hi my baby is a 7 weeks now I suffered the low iron nd red cell coz after deliver the baby I had lots of bleeding nd uncontrolled then I was unconscious. Like silient killer. So now I feel tied no energy. Feel sleepy cant pick my baby. Room spinning always hedache. Can t talk long time. Feel dizzy.is this normal ?
