What Causes Spinning Of Head After Lying Down?

I feel like i have lost my sight and smell. At night I find it hard to see. When I lay down it feels like the world is spinning. I am afraid it may be vertigo or is it something more severe someone please help. I went for my yearly physical thy said I am healthy and i am not depressed whats wrong.

asper your symptom you are having night blindness.also vertigo. for night blindness you can start vitamin a once a day. take fresh green vegetable and fish. rule out retinitis pigmentosa. for vertigo rotation test may be done to detect mid ear pathology conduction or nerve deafness is to be diagnosed. can-take take tab vertin. take counseling.
