Hello It seems from the history that you are having spinning sensation and vision problems on rotating or turning the head. These symptoms indicate vertigo. The causes include peripheral causes like inner ear diseases affecting the vestibular system and central neurological causes. The treatment is by use of anti vertigo drugs and treatment of underlying cause. Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
Thank you
