Hello

Spitting of blood may be due to

Upper respiratory or lower respiratory or from gi tract..

Upper respiratory causes :gingivitis, glossitis, pharyngitis, dns with spur, sinusitis, dryness of nasal cavity.

Lower respiratory causes :bronchitis, pulmonary Koch s, heart failure, aspergillosis.. Etc

Gi causes : peptic ulcer, gastritis, esophgitis, malignancy, candida infection,

Consult the doctor he will examine oral cavity, larynx and pharynx confirm the cause for it..
