What Causes Splitting In The Butt Crack Near Spine?
I am a 36 year old female. I wiegh 155 lbs. I am in good health and work out regularly. I don't have much of a butt, but it is high and firm. I notice that on occasion the top of my butt crack by my spine will split (it feels like a cut). There is no blood or discharge, it just feels like when you cut the corner of your lip. I was wondering why it does this.

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that because of the obesity such symptoms is possible and in my opinion one need to be very careful as long as the sitting posture is concern, if the wound is there then this need to taken proper care for infection, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
