Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I noticed a few splotche s on my vaginal hood a couple weeks ago. They are different sizes and toward the top close to my stomach area. They re not raised and the don t hurt/inch, just visible. Any idea what could cause this? They are light brownish/pink.
This is quite impossible to answer without seeing the lesions which you are describing. However, from your description one suggestion could be genital warts. Those can be transmitted regardless of practicing safe sex through condoms. If you want a more precise answer, you have to show your doctor.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Rashes on vagina could be due to reproductive tract infection. I suggest you to consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment and relevant investigations. In the meanwhile, you should avoid unprotected sexual activity to avoid spreading infection.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
