General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Well, the causes could be many. It would be very helpful to approach a diagnosis.

If you let me know some things, such as characteristics of a headache; the scale of pain from 1 to 10, a moment of appearance, pain relief with taking analgesics, if pain covers whole head or a specific site, if it is a pulsating pain.

Also if you experience photophobia, nausea, palpitations, joined to the symptoms you mentioned. Seems to me like you are experiencing the Migraines Aura. However, with the antecedent of family diabetes you I suggest you get a fasting glycemia test done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
