What Causes Sporadic Dizzy Spells Along With Sudden Headaches?
I m feeling dizzy whe I turn my head suddenly- this has become frequent in the past 2-3 days. Walking towards my car yesterday had to stop for a second to gain my composure since I got dizzy suddenly. Just got up from bed and felt it again...a dizzy spell that comes and goes. I have also experienced sudden headaches which disappear after 20-30 minutes. I m 43, male, have no heart conditions, no high blood pressure and don t smoke.
