What Causes Sporadic Electric Shock Sensations In Back?

I have sporadic electricity right below my left back wing (ha)...it can run all across my back i that area. Have had severe pain involving from elbow up to neck...all across chest to the right elbow and up. Went to emergency 4 x's and they say is not heart attack. Recently I have straightened up upper torsoe and rolled shoulders and seems to help????? What is it
Had a severe seizure in 2009...none since.

I really appreciate your concern, this may not be pure epileptic seizure but could be due to some hysteric attack either of may be due to some electrolyte deficiency, try to keep the stress level very low then everything would be okay take care.
