General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As you are hypertensive, keep your blood pressure under control and get the eye sight tested. You get headache later in the day, it may be stress induced so practice relaxation techniques as deep breathing.

As you do not get pain regularly, you can take any painkiller as tablet paracetamol maximum one tab three times a day if pain is mild and tablet Diclofenac two times a day if pain is moderate to severe.

These are prescription drugs; please contact your local doctor he will prescribe these.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Varinder Joshi
