I have muscle spasms that are located deep in my abdomen which my physical therapist says are diaphragm related. The spasm is sporadic and intensely painful. I can feel what I presume are internal organs ? Liver ? Being twisted and bulging much like I felt my babies feet when they would stretch. You can see the movement of the feet as the spasm contorts. I can breathe well enough when these occur.
