HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this is the allergic manifestation it could be due to auto immune response or it could be due to viral attack in either of this case condition is self limiting will come around on its own but it can be managed symptomatically as long as the itching is concern and for that antihistamine locally and orally can be tried, like Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg three times in day and Clamine lotion for local application hope this information helps.
