What Causes Sporadic Twitches Through Out The Body?
I have been getting sporadic twitches throughout my body and tingling as well. My chest gets real sore every other day. I have been so nervous and on edge for the past few weeks and it s driving me crazy.. Any suggestions on what could be happening?? I masturbate every other day, anxiety runs in the family so I thought it might be that or maybe a vitamin deficiency.. Can you help narrow down what could be wrong??
Hello there, Your generalized state of anxiety coupled with an ionic imbalance may lead to your twitches. Please get your serum calcium, potassium and sodium tested. If there is any change there we would correct it. Also if your anxiety is getting out of control you may try some relaxation techniques like yoga or deep breathing. they will help you in the long run. Hope this helps, Please feel free to address any further queries to me, Dr Arun A
