What Causes Spotting After Implant Was Replaced?
Hi, I have had very light browish/red discharge for about half a day. I got contraceptive implant replaced about a month ago, had unprotected sex about a week ago. Worring I'm pregant. My periods stopped when I got implant changed! Is this my period? I also ave mild thrush!

Hi,
The contraceptive implant consists of inbuilt hormone progesterone. It is known to cause menstrual disturbances (absent, frequent with spotting or profuse flow) the thrush with itching. It can be due to the infection before procedure. Needs specific treatment. If you had sex after 15 implantation, there is no risk of pregnancy with that sex.
