hi i have pcos and my period is always irregular..am trying for baby and now am taking metformin..its only started a month.bt last month i had a spotting..i feel am pregnant...feel tired,nausea,sometimes abdominal pain and feel pressure in my abdomen .i done two times pregnancy test,..it was negative...

I think that you may be suffering from hormonal irregularities so I will suggest you to do a thyroid profile test and prolactin test done. Also ovulation induction drugs may be required in case you are trying for pregnancy.
