What Causes Spotting After Urination?

After urinating, when i wipe myself, i see pink on the tissue. What does this mean? It started a couple days ago, this is the first time I have sen this, so I am a little worried. My mom gave me a Tylenol 3 with codeine for a headache before this started happening, could that be it?
