What Causes Spotting And Cramps Despite Having Positive UPT?

hi I started cramping and spotting 4 days ago, took a pregnancy test was positive still bleeding which has increased to a light period on and off. I al finished my period 10 days before I had my positive test. how am I pregnant? and is this a miscarriage?

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, pregnancy test which you have done could be false positive if you want to be sure for this then better to get done the ultrasonography test, without the accurate report nothing can be said for sure, miscarriage is just out of the question because you do not have any evidence of conception, the only way you have to clear all the doubt is sonography, hope this information helps, take care.
