General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You should take contraception pills regularly every day in order to have full protection. If you had contact before starting the pills then there is a possibility of you being pregnant.

The brown discharge is yet not related to that. It may need further evaluation by a gynaecologist like colposcopy and ultrasound. Infection or fibromyomas nay be possible.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
