What Causes Spotting And Nausea Despite Taking Plan B After Having Unsafe Sex?

Hi, I had unprotected sex 2 days after my period ended. I took plan B within 24 hrs. There were no symptoms for the 1st 3 days though I have been coughing and congested. I always feel like I want to burp because there is so much gas in my chest. On the 4th day, I started spotting and being naseaus. On the 5th day, I had more heavy bleeding (like a period). On the 6th day, I notice the blood had a very foul, fishy smell to it. So I have the following 4 questions: I read that spotting or heavy bleeding and being naseaus is normal, but is the smell suppose to be normal? Also, what are my changes of getting pregnant? When will the symptoms of plan B go away? Is it safe to take cough medicine?

chances of pregnancy is less. but it safe to go for pregnancy test and repeat it after ten days. also go for blood test in laboratory if all the test are negative then there is no pregnancy. symptoms of plan b will go away within ten days. rest of the things are normal.
