What Causes Spotting And Stomach Cramps Post Depo Provera Withdrawal?

I stopped depo provera 7 months ago after having it for 5 years straight. No periods still, cramping, bloating, nausea, and tender nipples. Spotting that lasted 5 days that was dark brown, bright red, then light pink now I am having cramps again. Could the spotting be considered my period ? Could I be pregnant?
