What Causes Spotting, Bloating And Tiredness?

I have yet to have my period. And haven t had one for the entire month of January. I m constantly tired and having been picky with eating. I ve noticed I m bloating as well I had spotting but not like pre period. And strangely my hands are peeling and I ve never had that happen. I have taken 2 home tests but both said negative and am currently TTC. I ve also noticed that my emotions are heightened, I cry by the simplest video on Facebook and get agitatated easily as well. Am I pregnant?

Through you are having the symptoms of pregnancy, as urine pregnancy test kit showing as negative better to go for blood test for pregnancy or ultrasound which can give more accurate results as compared with Urine Pregnancy Test. As you are getting spotting that may turn into regular flow in case of absence of pregnancy. If they show negative result, pregnancy is almost ruled out. Sometimes continuously thinking about pregnancy can lead to same symptoms which is called as spurious pregnancy, so have to rule out that.
