Spotting during early weeks of pregnancy is seen in few women in their early weeks of gestation. But it should not continue for long.
In case it continues for long and if the quantity increases, then it indicates
missed abortion or miscarriage and you need to seek medical attention immediately.
You need to take the medications as prescribed by your doctor.
Duphaston tablets 10mg contain
dydrogesterone, a synthetic
progesterone, which is used to treat a variety of conditions resulting from a lack of endogenous (naturally produced) progesterone. Duphaston is used to treat
infertility and
spontaneous abortion (miscarriage) as it is known to counteract the stimulating effect of estrogen on the endometrium, essential to maintain pregnancy.
Moreover, take complete bed rest for next two weeks and then get an ultrasound scan done to know the status. Keep yourself well hydrated by consuming good quantity of fluids.
