What Causes Spotting Followed By Fluttering In Stomach With Delayed Periods?
HI Doctor, I have being spotting for 3 days last week and this week no more spotting and no period yet but it will be due in October 4th and I am feeling some flutter sensation around my belly button mostly at night laying down or when I am driving. I am irregular but I never have that before and I did two pregnancy tst and it was negative. my last period was sept 2, so I am expecting it October 4th, I am concerning if there is anything that could be related to pregnancy

Your symptoms suggests it could be hormonal imbalance. Urine pregnancy test are sensitive if done after a week of missed periods. You don't get pregnancy related symptoms so early. You are unlikely to be pregnant. Your symptoms could be because of hormonal imbalance only.
