General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* The spotting, less urine with fever feeling indicates possible urinary
tract or vaginal infection most likely.

My guidelines at present

- drink more liquids
- take extra care for hygiene of external genitals
- cranberry sachet once daily with glass of drinking water
- consume more of vitamin c containing organic fresh fruits
- get a urine microscopy and vaginal swab report done at microbiology lab doc
- discuss the report with your doc for possible need of antibiotics
- avoid intercourse if active

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
