Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Spotting, Less Urine Along With Feeling Of Fever?
Hi. I have been feeling like I have fevers for the past few nights but no fever and today I feel the same....I have been passing a fair bit of urine too no burning symptoms....and today not much urine....I got my period yesterday and only a few drops and now nothing....
* The spotting, less urine with fever feeling indicates possible urinary tract or vaginal infection most likely.
My guidelines at present
- drink more liquids
- take extra care for hygiene of external genitals
- cranberry sachet once daily with glass of drinking water
- consume more of vitamin c containing organic fresh fruits
- get a urine microscopy and vaginal swab report done at microbiology lab doc
- discuss the report with your doc for possible need of antibiotics
- avoid intercourse if active
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
