What Causes Spotting Some Days After Sexual Intercourse?

I had sex 3 days after my period. ..we used protection but it slipped off when he was pulling out leaving condom inside. I went to bathroom and discarded....however now about 10 days after I have started spotting. ...any ideas why? I can't imagine that it's my period again so soon.

Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
The source of bleeding after sex is usually the cervix — the narrow, lower end of the uterus.
Even with a completely healthy cervix, enough friction or mild trauma during sexual intercourse can cause some bleeding. so you should use water-based lubricants during sex. Inflammation of the cervix or some other abnormality, most of which are harmless, can also result in bleeding
If problem persist visit a gynaecologist

Don't worry you would be fine
Hoping your query is solved.
