What Causes Spotting,cramps And Tissue Like Dark Discharge After Having Unsafe Sex?

I m recently on birth control , and I ve had unprotected sex once on it & my period was late, I started spoting so I wore a pad , and I started me period so went to use the restroom to pe , and I ve had very bad cramps and something fell out of me , like a rubbery piece of skin and it was dark with blood on it , I m freaking out please let me know what it is ?

It is always important to rule out pregnancy in a sexually active female. Even birth control pills are not 100% safe. I wiuld like to to get a urine pregnancy test. The tissues that fell out of your vagina might be due to a miscarriage or just simply a blod clot. It is very important to also get an ultrasound to check for any residual tissue if it really was a pregnancy.
Also i strongly suggest to use a barrier method of contraception even if u are on pill. Coz it not only helps u avoid unwanted pregnancies bit also many stds.
