What Causes Squeezing Pain In The Torso, Dizziness, Labored Breathing And Syncope?
My husband has had 2 attacks where as he describes it his whole torso feels like someone is pressing and squeezing, dizziness, labored breathing, almost blacking out, vision is out of focus and blackening. It lasts for about 20 to 30 minutes. He has told his doctors, but they do not seem to know. He does have heart failure due to high blood pressure and is on medication and kidney failure, but no treatment necessary. Possible bone marrow cancer....still checking that. Could it be a panic attack? Please advise if you can.

The description of your complaint looks that blood pressure has been reduced drastically kidney failure also suggest low blood pressure blackout vision is cardinal sign of reduced blood pressure it may be due to reduce blood pressure at that time pain in torso and other complaints like squeezing so consult another doctor mainly nephrologist or oncologist for better diagnosis and treatment.
