What Causes Stabbing Feeling In Pelvic Area, Shaky, Hot, Nausea During Intercourse?

I was having intercourse this morning then got a stabbing feeling in my pelvic area. I stopped and got really shaky, hot, white, nauseous and almost passed out. The pain is the only symptom that remains after an hour later. Any idea on what this could be?

the cause for the pain is something that needs evaluation both history and physical examination and some tests. but that pain caused u all the rest of symptoms. it is called vasovagal prodrome & syncope
