What Causes Stabbing Headaches With Dizziness And Fever?

Yes! I have had horrible stabby pains like headaches on my left side of my head for about 4 days now and I feel really dizzy or like I am going to faint and stomch pain. And right now I have a fever. I went to the doctor yesterday and he ran blood work on me. Today he called and said he couldn't find anything wrong. I'm so confused how nothing could be wrong. I feel really sick. how could this be?

It might be viral fever, that's why blood reports might be normal.
Headache might be due to fever itself.
Can you please tell me blopd reports.
