What Causes Stabbing Pain In Abdomen During Pregnancy?

Im 13 weeks 1dat prengant with my second child, and im having a stabbing pain in my stomach to my left side that hurts like my contractions did with my first child. I havent been able to eat much because im having serve morning sickness. Today, i leaked some type of white discharge. What is happening?
