What Causes Stabbing Pain In Abdomen Post Cholecystectomy And Appendectomy?
Mmy daughter is 19 she s had her gall bladder and appendix removed and suffers from ibs. She has severe stomach pains it feels like someone is squeezing her stomach and stabbing. She has tried a lot of medication buscopan, mebeverine, ranitidine but nothing helps. I don t know what to do. She has an appointment at the hospital at the end of March.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the IBS then it is the functional condition more or less and she has to come out of this condition meanwhile she can be given try with Tab Clinidium with Chlordiazepoxide three times in day, else this is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
