Hi, I have(from 2013 MRI) Findings: T12-L1. Trace posterior bulge, no central canal or framing narrowing L2 -L3. Mild broad pasterior bulge, small annualar tear with slight superior extrusion of the disc centrally minimal flattening of the ventral thecal sac no dominant narrowing of the canal, lateral extension of the disc causes narrowing of the caudal margin of each foreamina without direct contact of the nerve roots seen L3-L4. Minimal broad based bulge without central canal or foraminal narrowing L5-S1 small Tarlov cyst within spinal canal At S2 segment Befor 2013 had 3 episodes with my back, and every time recover to have it again.. And since 2013 two more episodes , last one on feb .10 I was slightly banding while sitting and turn to the left ,felt sliding, pop - and stabbing pain but lower than L2 L3... it was so intens I can t even recoal from where to where... My left knee is in pain now to.. I have priscrip. Med. .. I did take first two days.. Than just Motrin I am recovering ... My question is why I have this episodes twice a year almost like a clock in winter and summer I am being carful... Bending lifting - trying to do everything right Will I ever Ricover , will it heal... What can be done?Or this is life for me now- to never know when it will strike again...
