Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of stabbing pain in shoulder blade. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like cervical spondylosis, improper posture, muscle pull or tear, tendinitis or angina . Need not to worry. For now take proper rest apply warm compresses on shoulder and neck and do not exert your body. I would suggest you to consult orthopedic without any delay .
