General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Injury, overuse or conditions causing inflammation involving any of the bones, ligaments or tendons in the foot can cause foot pain. I suggest to use anti-inflammatory medications such as naproxen 500mg to treat the pain. You should use comfortable shoes and avoid staying too long on the feet. If the symptoms continue you should do an X-ray of a foot for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
