What Causes Stabbing Right-sided Pain In Chest While Vocal Belting?

Hi so I m a singer, strong belter singer and I ve been trained to sing from the right places, and how to breathe etc I m also a vocal tutor, so I m sure I m singing correctly, cause I can feel it. so the reason I m coming here is because I cant figure out why I m having a stabbing pain in my chest on the right side whenever I belt. I do have costochondritis, but that s mainly on my left side, but i don t feel the pain from there when I sing, I only feel I on my left side. I ve had to take tablets before I sing to numb the pain, but I know it wont solve the problem, so I m looking for a cause and solution if possible.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such chest pain need to be investigated for cardiac disease if this is unremarkable then it could be due to acidic disease and hyperacidity may be the cause else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
