hi..it is important to wear your sunscreen only when you step out in hot sun.if it is for one or two days it's fine.but if you regularly go out in hot sun it is advisable to use sunscreen.On the long run symptoms suggestive of aging of skin like wrinkling will appear early.prolonged sun exposure particularly people having fair skin have increased risk of skin cancers.there are 3 types of UVA UVB UVC...UVC will not reach earth..Among uva and uvb,uva is most penetrating.in the market there are lot of sunscreens with different spf re available..spf around 20 will be ideal...just consult your dermatologist which sunscreen will suit you best...whatever it may be wear your ur sunscreen 20 mins before stepping out for good results..it is important to wear your screen twice or thrice per day...hope it helpss
