Hi sir. I have been noticed that since last week something coming out from my penis and it s to sticky !! And it dose come out sometimes after I pee and some times without peeing its looks like cum but too soft like water and and sticky but it s white and pee color is red and theek

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to bacterial infection. If you had a recent risky unprotected sexual intercourse then STD can be possible also. Better to go for urine routine examination and swab test to rule out infection. In case of positive infection antibiotic therapy will be needed. Take more plain water. Drinking barley water or cranberry juice is also good.
