What Causes Sticky Discharge At The Bottom Of Belly?
hello doctor...I am a female of age 30 years..from past few days I am noticing a sticky discharge at the bottom of my belly. It itches also and becomes red. it heals and gets dried up however, after taking shower and little rubbing again redness appears. Need to know the medication for it
Redness, itching and discharge suggests some kind infection. According to your history, bottom of the belly suggests the infection is on the skin around and below the umbilicus around the waist line. This is possibly the fungal infection due to moisture around the waist line fold. My advice is you take some antifungal+antibiotic ointment like betnovate C and apply it on the lesion thrice daily. You may also take Oral tablet Levocetrizine twice daily to reduce itch. Keep the area clean dry. Visit the dermatologist if this does not help you.
