What Causes Stiffness And Freezing Of Finger Joints?
my fingers get stiff and are frozen into weird shaped. My entire hands are effected - joints and between the joints. This also happens with my toes and legs, I ve had cramps before and this is different. After awhile the tension leaves and my hands go back to normal

with the history you have given , I feel that you may have rheumatoid arthritis ,I can suggest you to check RA factor , anti CCP antibodies
