What Causes Stiffness And Pain In Ankles?

My ankles are very stiff in the morning. Also, they get painfull after walking for some time. According to X-Rays my bones are healthy. Blood tests show there is no inflammation. However, I have always had poor circulation. Could the pain and stiffness in my ankles also be a circulation problem? Thank you.

thank-you user for your query
as per your history I want to ask that whether you wear flat sandals or heel sandals if you are a female. If you are a male then whether you wear heeled shoes. How much do you walk. All I can say is that it may be due to excessive walking. How come you got to know that you have poor circulation in your legs, if that is the case then it will cause pain in your whole leg and not just specified to your ankle.Get your serum calcium and uric acid tested, also get your C-reactive proteins done. Till the reports come you can take diclofenac sodium tablets along with pantaprozole as when your ankle pains, and also start doing hot saline fermentations.
You can also consult an orthopaedician
god bless
