You should be evaluated for a condition called cervical radiculopathy. Diagnosis requires X-ray cervical spine (AP and lateral views) and if needed MRI of the same. Please consult your orthopedician. In mean time for alleviation of symptoms take Tablet diclofenac 50mg+paracetamol 325mg+chloroxazone 250mg twice daily after food, tab ranitidine 150mg half hour before food twice daily. Clinical data as to your gender and age is relevant. Please provide the same. If you're post menopausal woman I suggest you also supplement tablet calcium carbonate 500mg once in morning daily.
