What Causes Stiffness And Pain In The Neck That Makes One Cringe?
I have a really stiff neck. I don t have pain in it but it is heaviness. I only wear vests that are loose. I can t even wear a thread in my neck. Its a cringy pain feeling when something touches the back of my neck. I have some lumps near my shoulder in back of the neck.

I really appreciate your concern, in absence of pain such stiff neck could be due to muscular spas neck exercise would be best, if the condition is painful then it can be managed with Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac, else it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
