For the past 2-3 weeks, I ve experienced stiffness and pain in my right thumb joint. It s progressed to a point where I went to Walgreen s and bought a stabilizer which has seemed to help over the past 3-4 days, but when I remove the wrap it doesn t take long before the discomfort returns. The only way I know to describe the pain is that it feels like my thumb is dislocated, but there has been no trauma that I can remember. What kind of medical attention should I seek?
