What Causes Stiffness During The Walk While Treating Polymyalgia Rheumatica?

I was diagnosed with Polymyalgia Rheumatica in 2011; my symptoms seem to be getting worse, especially with walking and stiffness. Also I have trouble bending my knees or just bending over. I get very shaking for no apparent reason and am very tired all the time. what could this possibly be? I prefer telling the NP in concise terms that she can consult with physician. Hi,

You need to exercise daily. First of all, you need to make yourself believe that you will be fine. This I am saying because whenever pain lasts for long then psychological component also comes. Start with walking.

Gradually, increase distance and reach upto 4 Kms . Then start brisk walking. Add some stretching exercises and you will feel better in 4-5 months. You have to be so much regular as you are regular in eating food.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
