What Causes Stiffness In Shoulder Along With Cold Fingers?

I have left shoulder stiffness (popping) from baseball along with cold fingers in my pinky and ring fingers (left hand). I have occasional left chest tightness (nipple and esphogus) as well as on my right at times from sleeping with my hands under my pillow for support.

this may be frozen shoulder. physiotherapy is advised. chest problem may be hyperaciditysleeping with hand under pillow may creat blood cerculation problem and numbness.
