What Causes Stiffness In Shoulder And Arms?

Hi, my shoulder and arm are hard like a rock,It doesn t hurt but it makes my hands weak and saky . And my pinky and ring finger sleep at night and wake me up .is been like a 4 days ,I could not sleep, I am so scare.I had a slip disc on my lower back but don t have any problem on my neck. Don t know what wrong with me.
