What Causes Stiffness In The Hips And Soreness In The Forearms?
I had a bad cold last month and finally shook lose of it. But last wee I noticed my hips were stiff and tight. I also have tight hamstrings with it. To add to that my forearms are sore. Right now I have a low grade temperature and my blood pressure is elevated. I feel like I still have some cold symptoms without the Nasal and upper lung congestion.. what do you think?
